Project Deposits and Initial Payments

Initial deposits and setup fees are generally non-refundable as they cover:

  • Strategic planning and consultation
  • Resource allocation and team assignment
  • Initial research and preparation

Milestone-Based Projects

For projects structured with milestone payments:

  • Payments for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable
  • If a project is cancelled mid-milestone, refunds will be calculated based on work completed
  • Clients will be provided with all deliverables for paid milestones

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services
  • There is a material breach of our service agreement
  • Services have not been initiated and no work has commenced

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days using the original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Third-party service fees (hosting, domains, licenses)
  • Custom development work that has been delivered and approved
  • Consultation and discovery phase fees
  • Ongoing maintenance and support fees for services rendered
