1. Who we are

Mirova ("we", "us") operates mirova.io. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, try the demo, or contact us.

2. How the camera and upload demos work

The live camera demo runs entirely in your browser: video frames are analyzed on your device and never sent to our servers.

The upload demo reads your video file locally in your browser to sample frames; the original video file is never uploaded. A small number of sampled, resized frames (typically under a few hundred KB each) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API so it can write catalog copy grounded in those frames.

3. What we collect

• Name, email and company when you contact us
• A salted, one-way hash of your IP address, used only to rate-limit abuse and deleted within 24 hours
• The sampled video frames you submit through the catalog demo, kept only as long as needed to generate the result

4. Who we share it with

Anthropic processes the sampled frames you submit as our service provider, to generate catalog copy. We do not sell personal data and do not share your contact details with Anthropic.

5. Retention

Contact messages are kept for up to 2 years. Rate-limit hashes are deleted within 24 hours.

6. Your rights

Email hello@mirova.io to access, correct or delete data we hold about you.

7. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
